What a life changing experience we were about to embark on!
Life coaching has taught us that we are ultimately responsible for making the choices and decisions that affect us and that we are in control of the path we choose to follow in our lives.
We learnt to look at ourselves and discover the reasons for our most destructive behaviours and realised that whilst we could not control how our partner was behaving, we could certainly control our own responses.

I was aware I needed change in my life to get a sense of purpose and fulfilment, the trouble was I had no idea what or how to change.

After an initial consultation with Naydeen it didn’t seem at all weird or silly to be helped professionally and I was set some very thought provoking self assessments. Initially I found this very hard but knew to change I needed to understand myself more, through a series of phone and face to face sessions with Naydeen I realized the end result was less important than the journey itself, I just needed to start it.
I am now happier and have goals set which are achievable and keep me motivated to get to where I want to be.
