Naydeen Frecklington is the founder of Crossroads, an organisation started with the aim of assisting you to discover:

Throughout her career as an account manager, recruitment consultant and operations manager, Naydeen has helped countless individuals to realise their career paths and develop successful home businesses through skilful mentoring and training.
Whilst raising two energetic young children, enjoying a successful and fulfilling partnership with her husband and managing her own thriving home business,Naydeen was at the same time able to stay in touch with who she was and what her goals were in life.
Now, after extensive training in communications, goal-setting, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative and solution focused coaching techniques, Naydeen has chosen to fulfil one of her own goals by helping people to realise their life direction and potential.
She specialises in working with adolescents and women with 'hectic and demanding schedules'.
Naydeen enjoys spending valuable time with her husband and partner in life, David, and their three young children, making new memories to scrapbook. She also enjoys reading, partaking in social sporting activities, facilitating personal insight coaching sessions, brilliant Autumn days and watching Grey’s Anatomy!
